Swinefest I: Ham for the Homeless

Come celebrate Easter by hamming it up. We are "harvesting" one or more organic, hand fed, Gentile ranch grown non-cosher hams (depending on the amount of people coming) to celebrate the swine, bring family and friends together, make some creative ham based food, and to share with the homeless and hungry people of North Hollywood.

Seriously, we are going to feed the homeless. Heres the plan:

1) Conceive of a dish that contains ham.
2) Bring everything to make the dish besides ham to the party.
3) Make too much of said dish with friends and enjoy it.
4) Bring the remainder to the homeless people before its too late for them to eat and before either we or the homeless get too drunk to enjoy the experience.

Dishes already being created at this Swinefest:

1) Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches
2) Ham and cheese croquettes
3) Stuffed ham balls
4) Hawaiian pizza
5) Some kind of chowder or soup with ham

Come join us and celebrate the day that something happened with Jesus. If you want to create a dish, let us know your plans in a comment here.
