For all my giveaways I have a main method to enter, which must be done or all other entries will not count, and different methods to gain additional entries. The rules are simple, but if they are not followed I can not help you. After the main method has been completed, each additional method gains an additional entry into the contest. Some contests may have additional ways to enter written into the contest description itself. Methods of entering these giveaways may be added or subtracted without notice, so be sure to check often.
Main Entry Method Must Be Done: Comment on the giveaway post why you like or dislike the product, and name any alternate products you would prefer (remember if this rule is not followed then no others will count).
Note: Many of these methods require you to copy and paste a link to the contest, not the home page of the blog. Be sure to click on the headline of the post before copying the URL from the web address bar inside your browser.
- 1 Extra Entry: Favorite the giveaway post on Technorati and let me know your Technorati username in a separate comment.
- 1 Extra Entry: Stumble the giveaway post on StumbleUpon and let me know your StumbleUpon username in a separate comment.
- 1 Extra Entry: Subscribe to my RSS feed and let me know you did in a separate comment
- 1 Extra Entry: Follow me on twitter, tweet by copying and pasting a link to the giveaway (@RealtorMG is giving away free beer! Check it out here ***insert link to giveaway here***) and let me know you did in a separate comment including a direct link to your tweet
- 1 Extra Entry: Follow me on Google Buzz and update your status by copying and pasting a link to the giveaway as your status (Realtor.MG@gmail.com is giving away free beer! Check it out here ***insert link to giveaway here***). Then let me know your Google Buzz username in a separate comment.
- 1 Extra Entry: Friend me on Facebook then update your status with a link to the giveaway (Realtor.MG@gmail.com is giving away free beer! Check it out here ***insert link to giveaway here***). Then let me know your Facebook username in a separate comment.
- 1 Extra Entry: Write a post on your blog linking to my blog. Write a minimum of 50 words describing the contest, the web site, me, or that I am a Realtor. Then give me a link to your blog post in a separate comment for the giveaway.
- 1 Extra Entry: Bookmark the giveaway on Delicious and let me know your Delicious username in a separate comment.
- 1 Extra Entry: Post a link on Digg to the giveaway and digg it. Let me know you did it by posting a link to he post in a separate comment.
- 1 Extra Entry: Add me to your network on Linkedin and let me know you did it by leaving your Linkedin username in a separate comment.
- 1 Extra Entry: Leave a 5 star review for me on Agentopolis and let me know you did it by posting your Agentopolis initials in a separate comment.
- 1 Extra Entry: Leave a positive review for me on AgentScoreBoard and let me know you did it by posting your username in a separate comment.
Some of these can be done via the Share This icons on the side bar to the right. I may ask for your username on these services to make sure you did what you said you did. That is not to be nosy or to say that I don’t trust you it is to be fair to everyone. All entries must be verifiable at the time you win the contest.
I have a deadline for winners to contact me back on all my giveaways. I can not undo this, I need to be fair to all those who contact me on time. My time frame is 72 hours to respond. After this time period, a new winner will be chosen.
I use random.org to determine the winners of my contests. I will be posting only the text format of the Random.org picks.
I am fair to any and all offers/requests for giveaways and reviews. By having these products on my blog I am not voicing my religious beliefs, political views, etc. If I believe it is a good product then I will review/giveaway the product.
